Platform Disclaimer
ARC Collaboration LLC
Effective date: 1 September 2026 — Last updated: 1 September 2026
This Disclaimer applies to all content published on the ARC platform. It provides detailed context for the scope, limitations, and appropriate interpretation of ARC’s content, and should be read alongside the ARC Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Research and informational purpose only
Every piece of content published on the ARC platform — Research Area documents, Research Modules, Compound Deep Dives, Research Fundamentals documents, the Practical Guidance Series (PG documents), the Blend Series, Research Library articles, platform tools, calculators, and all other written, visual, and interactive content — is published exclusively for independent research and informational purposes.
ARC content is designed to support researchers in understanding biological systems, research mechanisms, compound properties, and research methodology. It is not designed to guide, recommend, prescribe, or instruct any specific course of action for any specific person in any specific circumstances.
ARC reports what has been published. It does not promote, recommend, endorse, or discourage any compound. Where the literature is strong, ARC says so. Where it is thin, absent, contested, or inaccessible, ARC says that too, in the same terms. Readers judge.
Reading, accessing, or using ARC content does not create any professional relationship between ARC and the user. ARC is not your doctor, your pharmacist, your research supervisor, or your legal advisor. No content on this platform should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional guidance in any domain.
2. Not medical advice
ARC content does not constitute medical advice. The distinction between research information and medical advice is fundamental.
Research information describes what is studied, what mechanisms are involved, what published research has found, and how compounds behave in research settings. It is descriptive and contextual.
Medical advice applies knowledge to a specific individual’s health circumstances, involves clinical judgment about diagnosis and treatment, and carries professional responsibility. Only licensed healthcare professionals can provide medical advice.
ARC provides research information. Nothing on this platform crosses into medical advice regardless of how the content is framed, how specific it is, or how closely it may relate to a reader’s personal circumstances. If you are seeking guidance on a health matter, consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider.
This applies without exception to all content, including compound mechanism descriptions, biological pathway analysis, dosing reference tables, administration-route information, storage and handling information, and any other content describing how compounds are researched or prepared in independent research settings.
3. ARC does not deal in compounds
ARC does not manufacture, sell, supply, handle, distribute, broker, refer, or arrange the acquisition of any compound. ARC holds no commercial interest in any compound it documents, and its Operating Agreement prohibits its members from holding one. Nothing published here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy anything.
ARC operates independently and as a principal. ARC has no partners, affiliates, resellers, or referral arrangements, and no third party acts for ARC or on ARC’s behalf.
4. Compound-specific scope
4.1 Practical Guidance Series (PG documents)
The ARC Practical Guidance Series provides compound-specific handling, reconstitution, storage, and administration-route reference information for independent research contexts, for researchers already engaged in independent research with these compounds. PG content does not constitute:
- instructions for administering any compound to any person for any health-related purpose;
- a protocol for treating, managing, or addressing any medical condition or symptom;
- guidance on selecting compounds for personal use or for use with any other individual; or
- a representation that any compound is safe, effective, or appropriate for any specific person.
Dosing reference tables report dose ranges observed in the published research literature, provided as research reference information. They are reported figures, not recommended doses, and individual pharmacological responses vary significantly.
4.2 Blend Series (PG-B documents)
The ARC Blend Series documents describe multi-compound research preparations including GLOW (BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / TB-500) and KLOW (BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / TB-500 / KPV). They provide handling and preparation reference information for researchers working with these formulations. They do not constitute protocols for human administration, therapeutic recommendations, or claims regarding the efficacy or safety of any compound combination for any purpose.
4.3 Research Library content, deep dives, and modules
Research Library articles, compound deep dives, and research modules describe biological mechanisms, published research findings, and scientific context. Published findings describe what was observed in specific settings under specific conditions; they do not constitute proof of efficacy, safety, or clinical applicability. Findings from animal models or small human studies require extensive further research before any clinical conclusions can be drawn.
4.4 Evidence grades
Every compound deep dive carries an evidence grade. An evidence grade describes the state of the published literature. It describes nothing else.
It is not a statement about safety, efficacy, or legality, and it is not a statement about the position of any regulator. A compound may carry a strong evidence grade and be unlawful to possess where you live. A compound may carry a weak grade for no reason other than that few studies have been published. Where ARC states that evidence is not accessible, that describes the limit of ARC’s reach, not a finding about the compound.
5. Regulatory status of compounds
5.1 Classifications change
Compound classifications under federal and state law change. The DEA, FDA, state pharmacy boards, and other regulatory bodies regularly review and update the classification of research compounds. A compound legally accessible for research today may be rescheduled, restricted, or prohibited tomorrow, and a compound restricted in one state may be accessible in another.
5.2 ARC does not track regulatory status in real time
ARC does not maintain real-time tracking of regulatory classifications for all compounds across all US jurisdictions. Content describing a compound does not confirm that the compound is legally accessible for any specific use in any specific location.
Many compounds documented here have not been approved by any regulatory authority for use in humans, and much of the literature documented here was not generated in humans.
5.3 Researcher responsibility
Every researcher using ARC content is solely and completely responsible for:
- determining the current legal and regulatory status of every compound they work with in their specific state and locality;
- obtaining any permits, licenses, or institutional approvals required before acquiring, possessing, or working with any research compound;
- complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and
- monitoring regulatory changes that may affect their research and updating their practices accordingly.
ARC content does not authorize, license, or grant permission for any research activity with any compound. The presence of a compound in ARC’s content is not a representation that it is legally accessible for research in any jurisdiction.
ARC also makes no representation about the identity, purity, quality, or safety of any material from any source.
6. Administration route information
ARC’s Research Fundamentals Reference series (RF-REF-01 through RF-REF-03) and the Practical Guidance Series include information about administration routes — subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous injection, intranasal delivery, oral administration, and topical application — provided as research reference material. The following must be clearly understood:
- subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous injection are medical procedures that carry risks including infection, nerve damage, vessel injury, and adverse systemic reactions;
- intranasal administration of pharmacologically active compounds requires sterile preparation and appropriate technique to avoid mucosal damage and contamination;
- ARC strongly recommends that any researcher intending to conduct injection-based research seek hands-on training from a qualified medical or healthcare professional;
- ARC strongly recommends consulting a licensed physician or healthcare provider regarding the appropriateness of any administration approach; and
- ARC’s administration-route information supports informed decision-making by researchers — it is not a substitute for professional training or medical supervision.
The inclusion of administration-route information is not an endorsement of any administration practice, nor authorization or instruction for administering any compound to any person.
7. The Verified Independent Researcher designation
7.1 What the designation means
The ARC Verified Independent Researcher (VIR) designation is awarded to members who complete three components: identity confirmation by a legally authorized, recognized, independent third-party provider; engagement with ARC’s defined research content pathways as tracked by the platform; and a passing score on the ARC Research Readiness Assessment.
The designation attests to three specific, factual things:
- the holder’s identity has been confirmed by an independent, legally authorized verification provider;
- the holder has accessed and engaged with ARC’s defined research content pathways; and
- the holder has demonstrated knowledge of ARC’s framework, research principles, and responsible-interpretation standards through the Research Readiness Assessment.
The designation is an achievement, not a permission. It is not a license: there is no legal reference under which such a license could exist, and ARC neither issues nor is authorized to issue one. What the designation is worth — how, when, and whether it is recognized — is determined by the parties who encounter it, not dictated by ARC.
7.2 What the designation does not mean
The VIR designation does not constitute, imply, or represent:
- a professional qualification, license, or credential recognized by any professional body, academic institution, or regulatory authority;
- certification that the holder is competent to conduct any specific research activity;
- the legal authority to acquire, possess, handle, or administer any compound — that authority is governed by the laws of the holder’s jurisdiction, not granted or withheld by ARC;
- evidence that the holder’s research activities are legally compliant in any jurisdiction;
- a guarantee of the holder’s conduct, judgment, or research practices; or
- an endorsement by ARC of any activity the holder has conducted or may conduct.
7.3 The badge, status, and the verification record
On completing all three components, the holder is issued a VIR badge identifier tied to a documented date.
The verification record is permanent. That the holder’s identity was confirmed and knowledge demonstrated, as of a documented date, is a fact ARC records and maintains as immutable and timestamped. Its value lies in its objective, contemporaneous nature.
Active status requires an active ARC membership. What membership provides is continuing access to an evolving body of research content, and ARC’s ongoing confirmation of the holder’s status to others. If membership lapses, status becomes inactive. The underlying verification record and original verification date are unaffected.
Reactivation is available for five years. An inactive holder may reactivate at any time within five (5) years of the Assessment passing date or the last active date, whichever is later, by renewing membership. Reactivation runs against the original verification record and date, and no re-assessment is required.
After five years, reactivation requires completing the Research Readiness Assessment again. The research literature ARC documents changes over time, and knowledge demonstrated against an earlier body of material is not demonstrated against the current one. The original verification record and date remain permanent.
The record does not constitute a guarantee of any legal outcome or regulatory position, and certifies nothing beyond the three factual components in §7.1.
8. Verification checks
A researcher may present their badge identifier to a third party and initiate a verification check. In response, ARC confirms only whether status is active or inactive and, if active, the membership end date. The following apply:
- Researcher-initiated and consent-based. A verification check occurs only when the researcher presents their badge identifier and initiates the check. ARC discloses no other personal information through it.
- No relationship is created. A third party that queries ARC is not a partner, agent, affiliate, or licensee of ARC. ARC has no partners and makes no representations about any third party, its products, services, quality standards, or business practices.
- No endorsement. A verification result is not ARC’s endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any third party or of any transaction.
- No guarantee of compliance. The availability of ARC verification status does not guarantee that any third party’s operations are legally compliant in any jurisdiction. Regulatory compliance remains that party’s own responsibility.
- Verification as one input. ARC’s verification confirms only the bounded facts in §7.1. It may support — but does not replace — any party’s independent due-diligence obligations. It is one input into a broader compliance picture, not a complete compliance solution.
- No duty to relying parties. ARC makes no representation or warranty to any party querying it, owes no duty to any party relying on a verification result, and accepts no liability for any decision any party makes on the basis of one. ARC does not monitor, supervise, or vouch for the conduct of any VIR holder.
8A. An evolving library
ARC documentation is added, revised, corrected, superseded, and withdrawn on an ongoing basis. Membership provides access to the library as it exists from time to time, not to any specific document, compound, or feature. Content may be removed at ARC’s editorial discretion or where circumstances outside ARC’s control require it, including regulatory action, legal compulsion, or a third-party legal demand.
Content withdrawn after a designation has been issued does not affect that designation or the verification record supporting it.
9. Content accuracy and currency
ARC makes reasonable efforts to ensure published content is accurate, current, and consistent with the best available published evidence at the time of publication. Despite this: scientific understanding evolves and findings are subject to revision; regulatory classifications change and content may not reflect the most current status of any compound; content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information; and information accurate for the general research context may not be accurate or appropriate for any specific individual’s circumstances.
ARC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of any content. Researchers should verify critical information against current primary sources before making research decisions.
ARC does not reproduce copyrighted source text. Referenced works belong to their rightsholders, and citations are not endorsements.
10. No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARC expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, harm, injury, adverse outcome, adverse health experience, regulatory consequence, legal consequence, financial consequence, or any other consequence of any kind arising from:
- any use of or reliance on any content published on the ARC platform;
- any research activity conducted by any person informed by or in connection with ARC content;
- any decision made by any researcher, supplier, financial institution, or other party based on ARC content or ARC verification status;
- any inaccuracy, error, omission, or outdated information in any ARC content;
- any regulatory change affecting the status of any compound discussed on the platform; or
- any adverse experience associated with any compound, administration route, or research approach discussed on the platform.
This disclaimer of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, including contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.
What is not disclaimed. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits ARC’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence, for willful or wanton misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by ARC’s negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Wyoming law does not permit a party to disclaim liability for willful or wanton misconduct, and this Disclaimer does not attempt to.
11. Relationship to other ARC documents
This Disclaimer is part of a governance framework that includes the ARC Terms of Use (the binding agreement governing use of the platform) and the ARC Privacy Policy (governing collection and use of personal information). In the event of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use govern. This Disclaimer provides additional context and detail that extends and complements the Terms of Use rather than replacing any provision of it.
ARC content is published for independent research and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for any course of action. Researchers are responsible for verifying the regulatory status of all compounds in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws and professional standards.
