Accessibility Statement

ARC Collaboration LLC

Effective date: 1 September 2026 — Last updated: 1 September 2026

Our commitment

ARC is a research documentation platform, and documentation that cannot be reached is documentation that does not exist. Accessibility is not an add-on to that purpose; it is part of it.

ARC works to conform the Platform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and takes account of the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we are doing

  • Building to the standard. Accessibility requirements are specified as part of the Platform build rather than retrofitted, covering keyboard navigation, focus management, color contrast, text alternatives, heading structure, form labeling, and screen-reader compatibility.
  • ARC tests the Platform against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria, using both automated tooling and manual review, and re-tests when substantial changes are made.
  • Documentation formats. ARC publishes documentation in formats intended to be readable by assistive technology, including structured headings, text alternatives for figures, and tables with proper header associations.
  • Third-party components. Parts of the Platform rely on third-party services, including the identity verification provider and the payment processor. ARC does not control the accessibility of those services, but will assist any member who encounters difficulty with them and will seek an alternative route where one is available.

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is continuing work rather than a state that is reached and held. Known limitations will be listed here as they are identified, together with what ARC is doing about them and by when.

No material limitations are currently listed. This section is reviewed after each accessibility test cycle.

If something is not accessible to you

If you cannot access any part of the Platform, or need documentation in an alternative format, contact us:

info@arcollaboration.com

Tell us what you were trying to reach, what happened, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, if you know them. We will acknowledge your message within three (3) business days and tell you what we can do and when.

If you cannot reach content you have paid for and ARC cannot provide an accessible alternative within a reasonable period, contact us and we will address it, including by refunding your membership if that is the right outcome.

Feedback

Reports of accessibility problems are useful to us and are treated as such. If something on the Platform is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know even if you have found a way around it.
